This course examines innovative practices and cutting-edge advancements in the fields of executive coaching and leadership. Disruptive influences such as artificial intelligence (AI), virtual workplaces, and other emergent special topics are explored in the context of contemporary leadership and coaching. Students will critically analyze the value of disruption and innovation to address an ever-changing technical landscape, balanced with solid theoretical foundations and practical implications. Prerequisite: ECL 701 (Concurrent enrollment allowed).
