Course Description
This course is a theory to practice approach to strength and conditioning. In this course students will learn how to design, implement and test the effectiveness of strength and conditioning programs for sport and general fitness. Prerequisite: KIN majors and minors only; non-KIN majors and minors must have consent of department chair.
