This course examines critical perspectives on the intersections of leadership theory and executive coaching practices. Students will engage in a rigorous exploration of organizational leadership theories while critically analyzing the ideological impacts and potential challenges and opportunities inherent in leadership theoretical frameworks. Prerequisite: ECL 700 (concurrent enrollment allowed).
