Course Description

This course examines the ethical dimensions and professional standards in executive coaching and leadership practice. Students will analyze complex ethical dilemmas, explore Lutheran and philosophical foundations of ethical decision-making, and evaluate regulatory frameworks governing coaching professions. Students will engage in case analyses to cultivate advanced skills in navigating challenges in diverse organizational contexts. Prerequisite: ECL 701 (concurrent enrollment allowed).
