Students will participate in a semester of supervised student teaching leading to full responsibility for the provision of services for the mild to moderate educational specialist credential in diverse settings that represent the broad range of placements for serving pupils with mild to moderate disabilities. Students will complete their cumulative professional portfolio during this semester. EDSP 584B is during the second half of the semester. Student Teaching fee: $300. Prerequisites: Completion of all program courses; student teaching clearance; Subject Matter Competency met; current certificate of clearance; current TB (tuberculosis) test.
