Application Requirements

• Submit an application and a non-refundable application fee of $50. This fee is not required from students previously admitted to a graduate program at Concordia University Irvine.

• A Master's degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution

• Minimum GPA of 3.5 on a 4-point scale

• Official transcripts (e-transcripts preferred) sent to gradadmissions@cui.edu or the Graduate Admissions Office

• Current resume or vita showing at least 10 years of work experience

• Letter of intent and statement of goals commensurate with obtaining a PhD in Executive Coaching and Leadership and how work experience has prepared them for this program.

• Scholarly writing sample related to the field of executive coaching and leadership: Must demonstrate appropriate APA format to include citations of research. No more than 10 pages. This may be a previous paper from an earlier master’s work, but it should be updated to include research from the past 5 years.

• 2 Letters of Professional Reference (with accompanying Reference form).

• Interview with program faculty
